TuneRoulette ("the App") is developed by an individual developer ("we"). This policy explains what data the App handles. The short version: we do not collect your personal data.
Data we do not collect
- The App has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information.
- The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
Data stored on your device only
- Your genre preferences (likes/skips), watch history, and saved songs are stored locally on your device.
- You can reset preference data and delete saved songs at any time from within the App. Deleting the App removes all of this data.
Our server (API proxy)
- When the App searches for videos, the search query (a genre keyword such as "cumbia" music) is relayed through our server to the YouTube Data API. Queries contain no user identifiers.
- Your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting and is not stored beyond a one-hour window. We do not log or profile individual users.
- Search results are cached on our server for up to 30 days to reduce API usage. Cached data contains no personal information.
YouTube API Services
- The App uses YouTube API Services to search for videos and plays them via the official YouTube embedded player. By using the App, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube's embedded player may collect data (e.g., for playback and abuse prevention) as described there.
- Video metadata (titles, channel names, thumbnails) stored in your library is refreshed against the YouTube API or deleted every 30 days, in line with YouTube's Developer Policies.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

TuneRoulette(以下「本アプリ」)は個人開発者が提供しています。要点: 私たちはあなたの個人データを収集しません。
収集しないデータ
- 本アプリにアカウント機能・ログインはありません。
- 氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集しません。広告・解析 SDK・トラッカーも含まれていません。
端末内にのみ保存されるデータ
- ジャンルの好み(いいね/スキップ)、視聴履歴、保存した曲は端末内にのみ保存されます。
- アプリ内からいつでもリセット・削除でき、アプリを削除すればすべて消えます。
サーバー (API プロキシ) について
- 動画検索時、検索語(ジャンル名)のみが当方サーバー経由で YouTube Data API に中継されます。ユーザーを識別する情報は含まれません。
- IP アドレスはレート制限のため一時的に利用され、1時間程度で破棄されます。個人の行動記録は残しません。
- 検索結果は API 利用削減のため最大30日サーバーにキャッシュされます。個人情報は含まれません。
YouTube API サービス
- 本アプリは YouTube API サービスを利用し、公式埋め込みプレイヤーで動画を再生します。本アプリの利用により YouTube 利用規約にも同意したものとみなされます。
- Google によるデータの取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- ライブラリに保存された動画メタデータ(タイトル・チャンネル名・サムネイル)は、YouTube のデベロッパーポリシーに従い30日ごとに API と照合して更新または削除されます。
お子様について
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、児童を含む誰からも意図的にデータを収集しません。
